Parnell & Penelope remind of us of the early style with their vintage fabric, great design and cute faces! Parnell Pumpkin Head has matched his printed shirt to Penelope's in hopes of catching her eye! Possibly from the wrong side of the Pumpkin Patch, Parnell still has some straw sticking out of his shoes and shirt, but Penelope is smitten and is thrilled that she has got Parnell's attention.
