Where is Palermo Coffee and Gifts located?
Palermo Coffee and Gifts is at 321 E Main St, Ventura, CA 93001, in the heart of downtown Ventura. Coming from the 101, take the Ventura Ave exit heading south and turn left on Main Street; the shop is two blocks east on the right. The cafe is in the front room and the gift shop is past the espresso bar.
What are your hours?
Palermo is open seven days a week from 7am: until 6:30pm Sunday through Thursday, and until 9pm on Friday and Saturday. Holiday hours are posted on the Location page, and you can call the shop at (805) 643-3070 to confirm before making a special trip.
Does Palermo ship online orders?
Yes. Palermo ships to all 50 states and Washington, DC. Standard shipping arrives in about 5 to 10 business days and is calculated at checkout. Orders placed Wednesday through Friday can often ship the same day; otherwise allow a couple of business days for your order to ship. International addresses are not served at this time.
What is the last day to order for Christmas delivery?
For delivery by December 24 on orders shipped from our shop, order by December 18 for a California address and by December 16 for other states. Pieces that ship direct from the maker, like our Christmas trees, travel on the maker's own timing, so order those early. If a gift has to arrive by a certain day, call (805) 643-3070 before you order.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 2 weeks of purchase, unused and in their original packaging. Holiday items bought from our shop are final sale, and pieces shipped direct from the maker can be returned only if they arrive defective or damaged. Can I order online and pick it up in the store?
Yes. Choose Free In-Store Pickup at checkout and collect your order at 321 E Main St in downtown Ventura, at no extra cost. Pick-up hours are 11am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing pick-up orders. Order pick-up is at the retail register toward the back of the store. Please have your name and order number ready when picking up.
Does Palermo carry Jellycat in Ventura?
Yes. Jellycat is one of the things Palermo is best known for in Ventura: Bashful bunnies, the Amuseables cast, seasonal characters, and bag charms.
