What does “retired” mean for a Jellycat?
It means Jellycat no longer makes that design. Jellycat retires designs twice a year without notice, and once a retired piece sells at Palermo it does not come back. The retired pieces still on the shelf are on the gigantic and retired Jellycat page. If someone on your list collects, a retired piece is the gift they cannot pick up just anywhere.
Can you order Jellycat online and pick it up in Ventura?
Yes. Choose Free In-Store Pickup at checkout, and allow 24 to 48 hours for the order to be ready. Pickup hours are 11am to 6pm, seven days a week.
