These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from the Palermo Coffee & Gifts online store, operated from 321 E Main St, Ventura, CA 93001. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and Pricing

We work to keep product descriptions, photos, prices, and inventory counts accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, and cancel orders affected by an error; if we cancel your order for any reason you will receive a full refund. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable California sales tax is added at checkout.

Orders and Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed by our secure payment processor; we never store your full card number. We may decline or cancel any order for suspected fraud or errors in pricing or stock. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships or is ready for pickup.

Shipping

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states via UPS or FedEx; Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are available by ground shipping. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to arrive by standard shipping after you receive tracking information. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Always double-check your shipping address: if a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we will contact you for the correct address, and the additional shipping and handling charges are your responsibility before we can send the package again.

In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at 321 E Main St, Ventura, during store hours. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and collect your order within 72 hours of placing it; if you need more time, email us before then to arrange it, otherwise the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help. We offer free returns if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, within 30 days of purchase. No returns can be made on clearance sale items or special/custom orders; these are final sales. A 20% re-stocking fee applies if you return or exchange an item because you changed your mind, refused delivery, the order was returned as undeliverable, or the item arrives back to us damaged or materially different from what we shipped. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. We will issue your refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return; it may take two to seven billing periods to appear on your statement. Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable in-store and never expire, and no service fees are applied. As required by California law, any gift card with a remaining balance under $10 may be redeemed for cash on request. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash beyond what California Civil Code § 1749.5 requires and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

The content of this website — text, photos, logos, and design — belongs to Palermo Coffee & Gifts or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission. Product names and brands shown remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Palermo Coffee & Gifts disclaims implied warranties on the website itself and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or rights that California law does not allow to be limited, including your statutory rights on purchased goods.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
