Growing up in Ventura, we wanted to bring a homey, unique treat to the small, beautiful beach town. Established in 2001, Palermo Coffee started and slowly created Palermo Coffee, Gelato & Gifts to bring more than just delicious coffee. With one-of-a-kind, hard-to-find gifts and treats, we are a one-stop shop when it comes to all things w o n d e r f u l.

Every object on our shelves has been held, considered, and chosen. We ask the same questions you might: Who made this? What story does it tell? Will it last?
That standard applies to our coffee menu, too. Our house roast changes with the season. Our pour-overs are weighed to the gram. Our gelato flavors follow what is growing in the Central Valley that week.
We believe that when you slow down enough to notice, ordinary moments become memorable ones.
Returning Your Product
Changed your mind? Returns are welcome within 2 weeks of purchase on unused items in their original packaging. Holiday items bought from our shop are non-returnable, and pieces shipped direct from the maker can come back only if they arrive defective or damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can file a claim with the shipping provider.
Clearance sale items and special or custom orders are final sales. A 20% re-stocking fee applies if you change your mind after delivery, refuse delivery, or an order comes back undeliverable. Always double check the shipping address you enter: if a package comes back because the address was wrong, we will contact you for the right one, and the extra shipping to send it again is yours.

Shipping Times
Orders placed Wednesday through Friday can often ship the same day; otherwise allow a couple of business days to ship. For Christmas Eve delivery on orders shipped from our shop, order by December 18 in California and December 16 everywhere else.
