Growing up in Ventura, we wanted to bring a homey, unique treat to the small, beautiful beach town. Established in 2001, Palermo Coffee started and slowly created Palermo Coffee, Gelato & Gifts to bring more than just delicious coffee. With one-of-a-kind, hard-to-find gifts and treats, we are a one-stop shop when it comes to all things w o n d e r f u l.

Every object on our shelves has been held, considered, and chosen. We ask the same questions you might: Who made this? What story does it tell? Will it last?
That standard applies to our coffee menu, too. Our house roast changes with the season. Our pour-overs are weighed to the gram. Our gelato flavors follow what is growing in the Central Valley that week.
We believe that when you slow down enough to notice, ordinary moments become memorable ones.
Returning Your Product
If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help!
We offer free returns if the product arrives defective (from manufacturer) or incorrect, within 30 days of purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim via the shipping provider.
No returns can be made on clearance sale items and special/custom orders; these are considered final sales.
We charge a 20% re-stocking fee if you choose to return or exchange an item due to any of the following:
- Buyers changes mind, buyer remorse or price difference.
- Buyer refuses delivery.
- Buyer returns an item, but it arrives to the seller damaged, defective, or materially different than what was originally shipped by the seller.
- Order is returned as undeliverable***
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two to seven billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
***Always double check the shipping address entered. If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping and
handling charges before we can send the package again.
