Savannah Bee Company’s premium Raw Acacia Honey is perfection on the palate. This single-varietal gem is made from the delicate nectar of Robinia pseudoacacia, known as Acacia in Europe. The trees are plentiful from Northern Italy to the Ukraine, and the honey that the bees make from its blossoms is a staple in this region.
Acacia honey’s high fructose content helps it remain in a liquid state—some call it “white water.”
